The New York State Action Coalition (NYSAC), the Future of Nursing leadership entity in NY, is urging the public to wear face masks to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. NYSAC’s campaign message, “Wear One, Share One, Spare One”, urges everyone to continue to Wear a face covering when in public, and asks nurses to Share their expertise and influence with their communities, including family, friends, and patients, encouraging them to continue to wear a mask in order to Spare someone from contracting the virus.
