Congratulations to Yvette Savaria, RN, CEN, from Troy, NY who is the recipient of the 2019 Dr. Barbara Zittel Baccalaureate in Nursing Scholarship!!! This $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a licensed RN who is living and working in New York and who is pursuing a BSN degree. Yvette graduated from Ellis Hospital School of Nursing in 1992 and is currently attending Excelsior College, where she is expected to graduate in the Spring of 2021. Â
There were 23 applicants for the scholarship this year and we commend all of them for advancing their education!
