Congratulations to our Executive Director, Deb Elliott, MBA, BSN, RN, on receiving The Walter F. Larson Excellence in Nursing Leadership Award from The Rev. Francis A. Kelley Military Society on Friday, November 4, 2022, at the Polish Club in Albany, NY. Walter F. Larson was a disabled WWII veteran who attributed his success to walking again after his injury to the care he received from the nurses at the VA Hospital. His family established this award in his name following his death.
